Vayio approached me with a fragmented digital presence that hindered their expansion. As a premium travel agency offering specialized tours, airport transfers, and rental services, their booking process was inconsistent and manual.

The primary objective was to re-architect the user journey to provide a seamless, high-end experience that reflects their premium service quality. I needed to solve for real-time synchronization between vehicle availability, tour schedules, and customer requests across both web and mobile platforms.

Specifically, the mobile app needed to serve as a 24/7 travel concierge, providing instant updates and easy access to booking details on the go.

I developed a unified digital ecosystem powered by Next.js for the web platform and React Native for the mobile application. This allowed for maximum code reuse while maintaining native performance on mobile.

The web platform features a sophisticated booking engine that handles complex scheduling for airport transfers and rentals with a click-efficient interface. For the mobile app, I prioritized immediate utility, enabling users to track their transfers in real-time and handle tour bookings with simple, intuitive gestures.

By centralizing the booking data into a real-time reactive database, I ensured that Vayio's team has an accurate, instant overview of all operations, significantly reducing manual overhead and booking errors.
